SALES MANAGER - STRATEGIC PROJECT SALES AGV/AMR

For a new position, with location in Växjö alternatively Gothenburg or Stockholm, Micropower is now looking for a Sales Manager for the segment AGV/AMR manufacturers. Responsibilities & Tasks
The responsibility involves marketing Micropower's entire portfolio of products and solutions to manufactures within AGV/AMR in the Nordics and parts of Europe. The Sales Manager will take over responsibility for some existing key customers, but above all, work strategically with new customer processing. The position includes a strategic responsibility for developing individual customer strategies. Operationally, you take independent responsibility for all parts of the sales cycle, i.e. sales planning, booking and execution of customer meetings and customer activities.
The Sales Manager is part of a global AGV/AMR team of 5-6 people, reporting operationally to the Global Teamleader for AGV/AMR. Organizationally, reporting is done to the Sales Manager for Micropower Sweden AB.

The Sales Manager runs independent quotation work and customer negotiations with business and profitability responsibility for the dedicated customers.

An important part of sales will be to create broad and close contact areas with e.g. Product Managers, R & D Managers, Purchasers etc. For support in the projects, you have some of Sweden's leading experts and developers.

Experience & Competence
We believe that the right person has a technical education at college/university level as well as solid sales experience including overall responsibility for technology/solutions, commercial/contract terms, delivery, etc. Experience in solution sales to OEM customers where relationship building with broad contact surfaces has been one of the success parameters that we see as important. We prefer that you have experience in power electronics and good knowledge in the AGV/AMR segment. International sales experience is advantageous.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are driven by building long-term relationships, are trustworthy, responsive and have good analytical skills with a focus on the long-term profitability of a business.
