The work at the company is carried out in 2 shifts, there is now a need for a production technical resource in the evening, to be able to be helpful and support both production and the automation processes. In addition to the daily work around support and troubleshooting, great opportunities will be given to get involved in the company's improvement journey in automation & digitization, the continuous improvement work and other development in the area.

As a Production Technician, you belonged to the production technology department, which currently consists of 17 people with different functions. Among other things, Project Managers, Production Technicians, Testing Technicians, Production Preparers and also those responsible for the properties.
You report directly to and have a close collaboration with the Production Technology Manager at Micropower Sweden AB.
Furthermore, as mentioned above, your tasks consist of, among other things, optimization of automated production lines and processes, troubleshooting and direct troubleshooting in processes, carrying out maintenance of the company's equipment and developing production aids. You will participate in projects within the department, taking over automation processes and working with continuous improvements towards higher quality and productivity.
For this role, we are looking for you with several years of experience in production technology within automation from the manufacturing industry. You have strong competence in PLC programming, robotics and process optimization.
You have knowledge and understanding of pneumatics/electricity and can easily familiarize yourself with various automated processes and remedy errors/initiate improvements. Advantageously, you have also previously participated in automation projects, have a proven ability to streamline production flows and ensure high quality, we also believe that you have a solid interest in technology.
You who are applying probably have some form of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
