Lion 30 is a 1-phase industrial battery charger with fan and capacity up to 3 kW. Lion 30 without display has an IP54 (IP66 optional) enclosure, designed for harsh environments.
THE LION SERIES
The Lion series of industrial High Frequency battery charger from Micropower provides you with powerful and energy efficient battery charging. The modern state of the art MOSFET power conversion circuit efficiently and accurately converts AC power to the proper DC power levels required to charge different kinds Lithium ion batteries. The chargers are preprogramed from our factory but can easily be reprogramed if working conditions (such as new kinds of Lithium ion battery) are to change. The Lion charger comes with real-time clock, radio transceiver and remote start in standard edition. On top of that there are additional accessories to add. Please see the accessories tab.
I/O CARD
The Lion chargers are equipped with a I/O card for CAN-bus communication.STATISTICS
Statistics and information about deviations from the last 2000 charging cycles are stored in the Lion chargers memory. The information can be accessed either via the charger display or, using the Access Service Tool, on a laptop.OTHER FEATURES

The CAN-bus communication makes the battery charger very versatile and adds the possible to communicate with other systems using CAN-bus.
Service Tool
The Service Tool allows you to wirelessly download the complete charging statistics from the last 2000 charging cycles with history, events and 7000 momentary measurements. With the Service Tool, you can also program most battery charger's from Micropower and BMU (Battery Monitoring Unit) parameters wirelessly from your PC. For more information please click here.
