Micropower SL Series
The Micropower SL charger series offers maximum flexibility with the option to choose from multiple charging algorithms. This battery charger is compatible with an extensive range of accessories from Micropower, such as the Air-pump and Aquamatic. Additionally, the nominal voltage can be adapted and lowered as needed.

Modular Power Units
The modular power units are redundant and can be assembled in groups of up to 4. When multiple power units are assembled, power is switched on or off based on the battery's power requirements, ensuring optimal performance. To maximize service life, the operation hours of the power units are taken into account. This means that if not all power units are needed, the one with the lowest number of operating hours is deactivated. In the event of a power unit failure, the charger can continue charging with the remaining power units, maintaining up to 75% of the charging power and increasing availability.

Smart Software Functionality
The Micropower SL charger range features embedded software functionality for tasks such as Dynamic Power Limitation and Best Battery Choice. Furthermore, the series is fully compatible with Micropower’s GET fleet management system, allowing for complete optimization of the battery and charging fleet, as well as control. Connection options include radio, NFC, and USB portal.

Mechanical Accessories
Mounting solutions for the Micropower SL include tilt lock, a universal bracket, and a rental stand. For application-specific solutions, accessories such as an air filter, cable hook, balancer, and pogo stick can be added.

Air Pump

An alternative to ionic mixing where air bubbles are used to mix the battery acid. The air pump is fully integrated in the battery charger.

CAN-bus

The CAN-bus communication makes the battery charger very versatile and adds the possible to communicate with other systems using CAN-bus.

I/O Card

I/O cards can be equipped with up to 5 individual relays and can be used to control various functions such as an external LED-indicator, stacking beacon for charger status and remote start.

Automatic water filling

All our industrial High Frequency battery chargers can be equipped with a solenoid valve which is connected to the batteries water filling system. The system will automatically refill water into the battery when needed.

Safe Disconnect

All our industrial High Frequency battery chargers will automatically start when the battery charger is connected to the battery. Likewise it will automatically stop when the charger is disconnected. This option eliminates the risk of sparks when disconnecting the battery charger.

Battery Monitoring Unit (BMU)

Works seamlessly with Micropower Access chargers
When paired with any Micropower Access charger, the BMU handles charger configuration directly. Temperature monitoring is a mandatory input to the charger for fast and opportunity charging. The BMU also indicates charging capacity and cycle life, providing the information needed for efficient, long-term battery usage.

NFC technology for instant access
Through Near Field Communication, data collected by the BMU is accessible from any Android phone. Just download the BMU mobile app, select the battery, and the data is in your hand. Data can also be retrieved via the Access Service Tool on any PC, then downloaded and transformed into graphs for battery fleet planning.
