The Robust (RO) series is engineered for long service life, stable performance, and system-level reliability. Designed for OEM integration, the platform supports both lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries in material handling fleets, autonomous vehicles (AGV/AMR), and construction and off-road machinery. With IP66 protection, Robust and RO chargers are suited for both onboard and stationary deployment, where environmental exposure and operational uptime are critical.
Industrial Applications
The RO66 Li is designed for Lithium-ion battery systems requiring controlled, high-efficiency charging and system-level communication. Through integrated CAN-bus, the charger dynamically exchanges data with the battery management system (BMS). This minimizes risks such as overvoltage, thermal stress, and uncontrolled current profiles, while supporting fast and opportunity charging strategies.

The charger is suitable for high-utilization applications, including:

Air Cooling
The RO66 uses an optimized air-cooled thermal design, eliminating the need for liquid cooling systems and associated components such as pumps, hoses, and heat exchangers. This reduces system complexity and integration effort in mobile and vibration-exposed environments. Efficient heat dissipation at up to 96% efficiency ensures stable operation under high load conditions without thermal derating in typical industrial duty cycles.

Compact Design and CO₂ Impact
The RO66 combines high power output with a compact mechanical footprint (~1.4 L/kW), enabling flexible placement in space-constrained machine architectures without redesigning battery enclosures or structural components.
This supports efficient use of material and platform standardization across machine variants.

Robust Housing
The enclosure is rated IP66, providing protection against dust ingress, high-pressure water exposure, and contaminants such as oil and particles.
