The Ecopoint is built around the ECO-250 microprocessor control, which manages the entire charge and presents the essentials clearly: battery voltage, real time delivered current, delivered charge in amp hours, overall charge time, and charging phase. A backlit LCD graphic display and three LED indicators show the charge status at a glance, and a pushbutton allows manual stop and restart.
Programming is both safe and convenient. All settings are made through a USB port on the front of the door, so there is no need to open the cabinet and expose personnel to hazardous voltages. The same port is used to download charge data, and the control stores nine critical data points for the last 800 charge cycles, giving a reliable record of battery and charger performance.
The charger accepts multiple AC input voltages, with 208/240/480 as the standard configuration and 240/480/600 also available, and voltage changeovers are straightforward. An optional cold battery charging mode handles batteries with electrolyte temperatures between 32°F and 50°F. Housed in a durable case and supplied with 10 ft output cables, the Ecopoint is made for everyday use in real working environments.
