The flexible BRIX Lithium-Ion battery modules are available in three different sizes: 103Ah, 148Ah, and 205Ah. They can be configured into battery systems with voltages of up to 1000V and capacities of up to 700 kWh. When combined with a Micropower Lithium-Ion charger and battery management system, they form a complete battery solution that can be fully integrated with electric vehicles and machines.

The battery modules are designed in standardized dimensions, sharing the same width and depth while differing in height. This modular design allows for assembly into various battery tray sizes and formats, enabling adaptability for diverse industry applications.

Complete Battery System

Seamless System Integration

The integration of components in a Micropower battery system with external electrical machines or vehicles is managed by the battery management system (BMS). The BMS performs essential functions, including cell module balancing, monitoring, safety management, state-of-charge calculations, communication between battery and charger, and data storage. The BMS is instrumental in ensuring optimal energy efficiency and maximizing battery lifespan.

The BRIX Lithium-Ion battery modules are manufactured in Växjö, Sweden, in advanced automated production lines. This ensures compliance with stringent industry standards for quality while enabling industrial-scale production. Manufactured since 2017, these modules have proven to be reliable Lithium-Ion battery solutions, widely adopted by leading OEMs in the global industrial market.

The design and development of the battery modules are conducted in-house at Micropower’s dedicated R&D center for Lithium-Ion battery technology, located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
