The Micropower SL is a highly energy-efficient, modular, and durable battery charger, comprising up to four power units. It is fully compatible with smart software functionalities and can be easily connected via radio or Near Field Communication (NFC). A front-facing LED panel clearly displays the State of Charge, providing operators with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, combined with a color display with simple navigation offers advanced information and configuration options.

Modular charger concept

Redundant Power Units

Micropower SL consists of up to 4 power units. The charger intelligently switches power units on or off as needed, optimizing efficiency and performance. To extend service life, the units undergo cyclical rotation, ensuring even wear and prolonged lifespan.

In the event of a unit failure, the charger can still operate at up to 75% capacity, maintaining high availability and minimizing operational downtime.

Technical Overview

Micropower SL is a versatile 3-phase battery charger designed for both Lead-acid and Lithium-ion batteries, with capacities ranging from 14 kW to 39 kW. The battery charger series is compatible with most standard mains voltages and provides secondary voltage options from 48V at 480A up to 120V at 260A. It is certified with an IP21 rating, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. The charger features multiple flexible charging curves and can be configured for conventional stationary charging as well as various levels of opportunity and fast charging.
