What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and execute Micropower’s sales and business development strategy for the Polish market, working closely with local OEMs and system integrators. A key responsibility will be identifying emerging electrification opportunities and securing new business with OEM customers and system integrators across Poland.
You will act as Micropower’s primary point of contact for the customers’ engineering, sourcing, product management, and platform teams, ensuring strong technical alignment and long-term commercial success.
You will work on positioning Micropower as a complete electrification partner, providing integrated systems including: lithium battery systems, high frequency and smart chargers, as well as DC/DC converters. You are an experienced sales professional with a strong network of OEM relationships, enabling you to accelerate market access and build new customer connections on all levels.
This role is based in Poland (remote) and will report to the Sales Manager DACH & Poland, who is part of the German DACH entity and fluent in Polish.

Requirements:
• 5 years in Area Sales or Strategic Sales roles within the off-highway machinery or similar customer markets, industrial EV, or power systems sectors.
• Demonstrated success in securing OEM and system integrator opportunities and projects, as well as managing long-cycle, technically complex sales processes.
• Strong understanding of electrification technologies including batteries, charging systems and power electronics.
• Experience working with OEM validation processes, product integration, and manufacturing launch requirements.
• Proven track record in negotiating and contract management.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within Poland for customer visits, as well as to make regular visits to Micropower’s sites in Germany and Sweden.
• Excellent Polish written and verbal.
• Good English skills. German is a benefit.
• Remotely located in Warsaw, Poznan, Wroclaw region or Southern Poland.
