What you'll do
As a Supply Chain Manager, you lead end-to-end supply chain operations supporting battery charger production in Salo, ensuring reliable and cost-efficient material flow from planning and purchasing through to delivery.
You secure component availability on time and in the right quantities while managing MRP, inventory levels, and master data in the Monitor ERP system. One of your key responsibilities is to drive total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization across the supply chain.
Performance is driven through continuous process development, close supplier collaboration, and effective purchasing practices, in close cooperation with production, procurement, category managers, and other stakeholders.
You apply data and KPIs to support proactive decision-making, risk management, and scalable ways of working as the business grows.
The position is based in Salo, Finland. You will lead a team of nine dedicated employees and report to Director of Operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, Business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proven expertise in planning, MRP, purchasing, logistics and inventory management
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Monitor)
- Experience with data-driven performance management (KPIs)
- Fluent Finnish and good command of English
Additional experience we value:
- Experience in process development, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Understanding of international operations, including customs and regulatory requirements
