Micropower SL è un caricabatterie trifase stand‑alone
altamente efficiente e modulare. La serie di
caricabatterie offre una potenza fino a 39 kW ed è
dotata di unità di potenza ridondate, che possono essere
assemblate in gruppi fino a 4 unità.
Micropower SL è dotato di un’interfaccia intuitiva e
user‑friendly, progettata pensando agli operatori.
Facilmente riconoscibile anche a distanza, integra un
display a colori e una tastiera, riducendo il rischio di
utilizzi impropri.
La serie di caricabatterie è progettata per
un’installazione semplice e rapida ed è adatta al
montaggio su scaffale. Le unità di potenza includono
piedini regolabili per compensare eventuali irregolarità
del pavimento e sono impilabili tramite una staffa
universale, per ottimizzare lo spazio. Le uscite dei cavi
AC e DC sono posizionate sul lato destro del
caricabatterie, garantendo un facile accesso durante
l’installazione. La semplicità di installazione di
Micropower SL consente di ridurre sia i tempi di fermo
che il costo totale di installazione.
La configurazione di Micropower SL è facilitata
dall’app GET, che si collega tramite NFC. Tramite
l’app, gli utenti possono verificare, modificare, copiare
e trasferire le configurazioni tra i dispositivi in modo
semplice e immediato.

Air Pump

An alternative to ionic mixing where air bubbles are used to mix the battery acid. The air pump is fully integrated in the battery charger.

CAN-bus

The CAN-bus communication makes the battery charger very versatile and adds the possible to communicate with other systems using CAN-bus.

I/O Card

I/O cards can be equipped with up to 5 individual relays and can be used to control various functions such as an external LED-indicator, stacking beacon for charger status and remote start.

Automatic water filling

All our industrial High Frequency battery chargers can be equipped with a solenoid valve which is connected to the batteries water filling system. The system will automatically refill water into the battery when needed.

Safe Disconnect

All our industrial High Frequency battery chargers will automatically start when the battery charger is connected to the battery. Likewise it will automatically stop when the charger is disconnected. This option eliminates the risk of sparks when disconnecting the battery charger.

Battery Monitoring Unit (BMU)

Works seamlessly with Micropower Access chargers

When paired with any Micropower Access charger, the BMU handles charger configuration directly. Temperature monitoring is a mandatory input to the charger for fast and opportunity charging. The BMU also indicates charging capacity and cycle life, providing the information needed for efficient, long-term battery usage.

NFC technology for instant access

Through Near Field Communication, data collected by the BMU is accessible from any Android phone. Just download the BMU mobile app, select the battery, and the data is in your hand. Data can also be retrieved via the Access Service Tool on any PC, then downloaded and transformed into graphs for battery fleet planning.

Service Tool

The Service Tool allows you to wirelessly download the complete charging statistics from the last 2000 charging cycles with history, events and 7000 momentary measurements.
