Die Anzahl der elektronischen Komponenten in LKW und Bussen wächst stetig. Mit dem technologischen Fortschritt steigt der Bedarf an elektrischer Energie in den Fahrzeugen. Diese Entwicklung wirkt sich leider negativ auf die Batterien aus. Gut gesteuerte Ladezyklen sind daher zu einer Standard-Anforderung der Automobilindustrie geworden, was uns dazu bewegt hat, spezielle Ladegeräte für diesen Einsatz zu entwickeln. Unsere Ladegeräte sind leistungsstark, kompakt und wasserdicht – dadurch garantieren sie eine hohe Verfügbarkeit auch unter sehr anspruchsvollen Bedingungen.

Elektrisch betriebene Arbeitsfahrzeuge haben komplexe elektrische Installationen, die Produkte mit einem hohen Maß an Integration erfordern. Micropower hat langjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Batterieladegeräten und Lithium-Ionen-Batteriesystemen für die Automobilindustrie und ist damit ein prädestinierter Partner in der Entwicklung und Beratung entsprechender Projekte.

Our new DC-DC charger TS Pro is specially designed for the needs of the fire brigade sector. The charger can be used universally in 12 V or 24 V vehicle electrical systems to recharge the starter batteries of generators or portable pumps. With five charging characteristics for all battery types and the option of measuring the temperature directly at the battery plus an additional power supply mode (AC adapter function), the TS Pro sets new standards in charging technology.

Mobile power supply is guaranteed with the LPS II - thanks to the integrated inverter, battery management, charging booster, automatic personal protection and more.

DC charging is possible not only from the 12 V, but also from the 24 V vehicle electrical system. Furthermore, the LPS II has a very low self-consumption. In addition, the integrated solar charge controller (MPPT) allows the battery to be charged effectively and gently and expanded with additional devices as required.

The BW 801e battery monitor is a two-stage safety system to prevent deep discharge of your battery. Acoustic and visual alarm functions warn you of an imminent deep discharge. If current continues to be drawn from the battery, the battery monitor disconnects the connected consumers from the battery to prevent deep discharge. It can be used in both 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems.
