While Micropower always prioritize handling service inquiries as quickly as possible, response times between weeks 23 and 31 may be slightly longer. This is due to the relocation of Micropower’s service and support department, and workshop, to the new battery and charger factory.
About Micropower’s New Battery and Charger Factory
The new battery and charger factory will expand over 25,000m2. Here, Micropower’s production for Lithium-ion batteries, battery chargers, and power converters will be located. Furthermore, a new state-of-the-art Research and Development center for battery and charging systems will be situated here, as well as office space for several functions within Micropower Group.
The office with its distinct shape, designed as a rotor, is entirely made of wood. The construction, along with the local renewable energy from Växjö Energi AB and the solar plant on the roof, are important factors in Micropower’s sustainability profile.
The move to the new battery and charger factory will start in the summer of 2024 and is expected to be completed during 2025.
