Micropower Group merge subsidiaries to form Micropower Sweden AB.
Micropower Group will merge three of the Swedish subsidiaries, Micropower ED Marketing AB, Primepower AB and Micropower Lionova AB, to one company under the name Micropower Sweden AB. The purpose of the merge is to make it more simple for our customers and to strengthen the Micropower offer for systems and products for Li-Ion batteries and battery chargers. The merge will be effective 1st of December 2020.
