About the position
In the role of technical project manager, you will have a range of different responsibilities and duties. You design and plan the project, including defining goals, time frames, resource requirements and milestones. An important task is to coordinate and lead the technical project team by assigning tasks, monitoring progress and ensuring that the project follows the overall plan.
As a Technical Project Manager, you act as a communication link between various stakeholders, including customers, team members and other stakeholders. This may involve reporting on the progress of the project, identifying and managing any obstacles, and keeping everyone informed of important changes. One manages and optimizes available resources, including personnel, budget and technical tools. You identify potential risks and challenges in the project and develop strategies to minimize their impact. It can also mean taking steps to solve problems and overcome obstacles that arise during the course of the project.

Education, experience and personal qualities
• Relevant academic engineering degree
• Work experience in software, hardware or systems and a strong technical understanding
• Several years of experience in technical project management and technical projects
• Experience in battery development and systems is advantageous
• Unhindered Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• B driving license
In this role, you are expected to take a lot of personal responsibility and independently push your work forward, and it is also in such a role that you are most comfortable. The role also requires that you will have to be able to face challenges and problems during the course of the project. It is important to be able to analyze and solve problems effectively and make decisions that favor the progress of the project. You have a good ability to manage time, resources and tasks in a structured way to achieve the project's goals. You have the ability to understand technical challenges and opportunities and stay up-to-date on the latest technological trends and tools. You lead and inspire your team towards common goals and have the ability to motivate and engage team members and create a positive work environment. An important part of the role is being able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including technical specialists, customers and decision makers. You need to be clear in your communication and be able to adapt your message to different target groups.
