The Change Management team oversees the industrialization of new products and processes. Your role will focus on building battery systems, leading the industrialization of new customer projects.
The team is part of the Production Technology department, comprising around 20 members responsible for all manufacturing-related technology and production methods. You will report to the Change Management team leader at Micropower Sweden AB.

- Work experience in managing technical projects in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience creating pFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
- Experience in improvement work.
- Knowledge of electrical safety.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- A genuine interest in technology.
- Likely some form of post-secondary education.
Meritorious skills/experience:
- Mechanical dressing techniques.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- Safety work focusing on electrical and fire safety.
