About the service
This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are hired directly by Micropower.

About the position
As a hardware engineer, you contribute your expertise in exciting projects and will be involved in its various phases, from the project's concept phase, to testing and implementation of the hardware. Your role will also involve documentation of outcomes, follow-up and continuous improvement of products and processes. You will work in the lab both independently and together with a team of colleagues and specialists where you apply an agile and team-based working method. You work cross-functionally and in accordance with Jira and report to Lead Hardware Engineering. You participate in meetings and discussions with suppliers and potential suppliers and have an expert role and are a resource in projects. You have customer contact regarding requirement specifications, quality issues and possible bugs.

• Hardware design, with electronic schematics and PCB as well as PSBa layouts.
• Establish and review component requirements
• Testing and verification of components
• EMC testing

Education, experience and personal qualities
• Academic education in electronics, electrical engineering or other relevant education
• At least one year of work experience hardware design on circuit boards and its electronic components, microcontrollers and controllers with equal parts analog adaptation/power and digital design.
• Experience in CAD, preferably in Altium
• Unhindered Swedish and English in speech and writing
