Responsibilities & Duties
As Supply Chain Manager, you will hold a key position with strategic responsibility for the overall material management at Micropower Sweden AB, aiming to ensure a first-class delivery experience for our customers. Your tasks will include:
Experience
We prefer candidates with a university-level education in logistics and/or economics or a similar field, along with several years of documented managerial experience in the area. We believe the ideal candidate has extensive experience in developing the entire Supply Chain process within a complex operation, with proven results. Experience from manufacturing companies, preferably international ones, is highly desirable.
Proven experience in development and transformation within Supply Chain, including digital solutions, is required. Fluency in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing, is essential.
You should also be accustomed to handling multiple issues simultaneously and possess strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. You are a modern, confident, and experienced leader with a deep understanding of interpersonal values. Through your attentiveness, you can build long-term, successful relationships.
