About the position
In the role of junior systems engineer, you work in a team with other battery system developers, where you develop the next generation platform together. This new platform will handle both low- and high-voltage battery solutions for applications in stationary power as well as industrial applications. As a system engineer, you are involved in systemizing, designing, implementing and verifying various functions and features, which takes place in collaboration with colleagues from the electronics, mechanics, software and test functions. In the role, you also develop system solutions and requirements from existing customers and are involved in integration projects linked to Micropower's customers. The role also includes ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• Develop the next generation platform together with other battery developers
• Involved in systematizing, designing, implementing and verifying various functions and features
• Collaboration with colleagues from the electronics, mechanics, software and test functions
• Develop system solutions and requirements from existing customers and participate in integration projects
• Ensures that the work is carried out according to legal requirements
Education, experience and personal qualities
• Academic education in electronics, electrical engineering, or other relevant field
• It is advantageous if you have experience of working with battery systems
• It is advantageous to have experience of working against the standards ISO 26262 and ISO 13849
