As Hardware Development Manager at the Stockholm unit, you have a key function and a strategic responsibility to continue to build an efficient organization with common processes, technology and knowledge.
An overarching task will be to ensure that the right technology is used in our products in order to increase competitiveness and continue to be at the forefront of the small power solutions product area. Organizationally, you will have personnel responsibility for eight directly reporting, highly competent, electronics developer. The responsibility for new recruitments is also included in the responsibility such as other HR-related matters.
An important part will be to staff the projects together with the project organization, follow up and ensure that the projects are delivered on time, with the right function within budget.
You are expected to be an active participant in the management team for the Stockholm unit and report to the R&D manager for new development as well as the site manager for the Stockholm office, Michael Persson.
Experiences
We believe that the right person today has a corresponding role in product development of electronics for the manufacturing industry. A high level of technical competence and experience is necessary, preferably within embedded systems, power electronics and/or battery management systems. You have several years of experience in a leading role in product development, solid leadership experience and knowledge of developing both processes, technology and people. You are used to initiating and running development projects within a R&D operation.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.
As a person, you have both a strategic ability in combination with an operational implementation. Other qualities that we appreciate are good communication skills combined with good leadership skills.
