Responsibilities & Duties
Micropower is on an exciting development journey and is now ready to take the next step into the future, where HR will become a cornerstone. As the VP of People, Culture & Leadership, you will play a key role and be responsible for the strategic HR work within the group. One of your main tasks will be to design the strategic HR plan based on Micropower's overall business plan and to implement HR initiatives in collaboration with the Swedish HR manager.
In addition to supporting the CEO, country managers, and other group management, Micropower aims to increase its attractiveness as an employer. With a proactive and business-oriented approach, you will be responsible for developing our existing employees and their experience of us as an employer. Another important task is to ensure future recruitment needs and to develop the internal HR organization. You are expected to be an active participant in group management and report to CEO Torbjörn Gustafsson.
Experience
We believe that the right candidate holds a similar role in a manufacturing industrial group with international operations. You have extensive experience in strategic HR work, solid leadership experience, and knowledge of developing both organizations and people. You are accustomed to initiating and driving development projects within HR. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required.
As a person, you possess both strategic ability and operational execution skills. Other appreciated qualities include a sense of humor, good communication skills, and strong analytical aptitude.
