Your main tasks
As a Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the work environment, personnel, quality, and delivery in your department. With a modern and natural leadership style, you will support, coach, and engage employees in a stimulating environment where you collectively optimize operations. In this role, you will report to the Production Manager and work closely with other production managers in the production management group.

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading, improving, developing, and ensuring the quality of your department's production processes. You will have personnel responsibility for approximately 20 employees and will be responsible for promoting a stable and trust-building work environment where you develop and coach your employees.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Background in manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of LEAN is an advantage
- Experience with the Monitor business system is an advantage
